Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a 2-year limited warranty for all Silent Box Pro soundproof pods purchased from our website. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions, as outlined in the product’s user manual and guidelines.
Warranty Validity
The warranty is valid for two years from the original purchase date. To file a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
What Is Covered Under the Warranty?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following components:
- Structural components (walls, roof, and floor) of the soundproof pods
- Interior panels, finishes, and fabric
- Ventilation systems and other internal components
This warranty applies only when the soundproof pod is used in accordance with the guidelines specified in the User Manual. Any misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation will void the warranty.
What Is Not Covered Under the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts, such as batteries (if applicable) or fabric wear
- Third-party components, including external devices or furniture not sold by Silent Box Pro
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Acts of nature, including fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other environmental factors
- Shipping and handling costs for returning the product (unless the issue is covered by the warranty)
- Wear and tear due to normal use over time
If the product is not used in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the User Manual, the warranty may be voided.
